DJ Sir Thurl, the one-man empire, has attached many accomplishments to his name. He is the Official Party Starter of the Midwest. You can check him out every weeknight at 10pm inside The Thunderstorm Mix on KATZ FM 100.3 The Beat in St. Louis which is streamed live at www.100.3thebeat.com.
You can also catch, The Official Party Starter, DJ Sir Thurl inside Club Society www.societystl.com, the biggest night club in St. Louis every Saturday Night performing for more than 1500 party goers. On Friday nights, DJ Sir Thurl does it up for the Grown Folks at St. Louis Happy Hour Bar & Grill in North County when he's not out of town starting parties in other cities. He is known for breaking the newest and the rawest Hip Hop/Rap and R&B with an impressive mix of Old School Classics.
DJ Sir Thurl is also a business man; he is owner of his own radio production and imaging Company, Townsend Enterprises, the co-founder of the entertainment business and marketing consulting firm, Allstar Solutions, and the CEO of his own DJ Company, Allstar DJ Service.
In previous years, DJ Sir Thurl has appeared on BET's Rap City, won numerous awards as a video editor, and received appreciation plaques from Major recording artist such as Nelly, Ludacris, Murphy Lee and The Ying Yang Twins.
He has built a resume from spinning at the hottest concerts and parties for stars like Nelly, Cedric The Entertainer, T.I., 8 Ball & MJG, UGK, and many more. Also playing at parties for the some of St. Louis most impressive promoters and the Missouri Nights campaign just adds more prestige to DJ Sir Thurl's resume.
From the projects to the present, DJ Sir Thurl seems to have done it all, but along with his family, The Core DJs, he is just getting started.
